Hey marty, yes you could [park (1) one motorcylce and (1) one vehicle. Over 1 one bedroom apartment and office next door. I have way too much stuff to move again, anytime soon. This is sure tough!

I feel the same way! Just moving my stereo is an all day affair! (home theater worth over 13 grand) MUCH easier to get someone to move IN! Especially since they get the main bedroom with the A/C!
