Seeking small Frenchtown STT apt.

I recently returned to STT and am currently staying with a friend on the Northside. I am looking for a small, furnished studio or 1 bedroom place in Frenchtown that will permit my very quiet, very clean kitty. I would also consider being a roommate with someone, provided I had my own bedroom. I have a full time job, and plan to stay on STT indefinitely. I can provide solid references from on-island sources. Looking to spend $800/month or less . . . I don't need luxuries like A/C or a view . . . just a decent place for my cat I and I to sleep each night. Please p/m me with any leads.
