Hello,
I'm renting out my master bedroom for $1000 a month. I know it's a bit higher than your range but it has it's own giant bathroom with two sinks and opens up to a balcony overlooking the water. It's in the Pelicon Cove Condos---nice complex. PM me if your interested.
