Hello there. I hope all is well for everyone.

I have not posted for a bit as most of what I know of has been rented, however the following have come open:

Mount Solitude, East End, North Shore near Chicken Charlies: One small, seperate building studio apartment at a lovely estate on top of the mountain. Has pool, wet bar, grill, lots of eating, lounging and other spaces on decks that overlook Green Cay, Buck Island and from Puerto Rico to the BVI's. Rent: $750, includes utils*. Also, large one bedroom, same outdoor amenities, large LR and kitchen, tons of cabinet and counter space. $1,400, includes utils*
*If electric exceeeds $500 in any month, residents split the overage, or if cisterns run dry, the same goes for water. This has not happened in the past year, so I do not anticipate this being a problem.

Vista Del Mar: One bedroom, unfurnished condo for rent. Gallery opens up directly in front of Buck Island, tremendous breeze year round, 1 unit away from pool. Decent LR, eat in kitchen. $800 plus utils. Utils normally very low. Very nice community on North Shore.

One bedroom small apartment, 2 miles from C'sted. Single person preferred, no smoking inside. Furnished. Kitchenette, LR combo, bath and decent sized bedroom. Gardens all around. Utils included, include: water, electric (additional if A/C installed), WiFi, basic cable. $700/month.

Multiple houses open on large estate, north shore in Southgate area. From a one bedroom loft, w/ living room, kitchen and bath on first floor (sort of a studio with a loft bedroom), $750+ $200 in flat rated utils per month, to main house, 5 bedrooms, huge, designer decorated for $8,000 per month. Everything in between!

Please just send me a PM and I will forward application. All are open now, so please advise when occupancy desired. All require one month deposit.

Thanks again,

Dan G.
