Rental has separate driveway/parking, wrap-around decks and is fully and completely furnished from small appliances, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, Flat screen TV to towels and linens.
Rental amount includes all utilities: WAPA, DISH TV, High Speed Internet, water, monthly yard maintenance,
Terminix comes every other month, use of laundry facilities, generator on premises which runs everything, sliding hurricane shutters.
Safe, quiet location. Suitable for single professional or 2 persons max. Sorry, no pets and no partiers. Prefer non smokers.
Weekly rentals may be possible for $770.00 per week for pre-move visits.
Monthly rental is $1500 per month, 1st and $1000.00 security for 1 month rental.
Monthly rental for 2-6 months will require 1st, last and the security deposit.

Perfect place to stay if you are working on island for a short term contract or a PMV while hunting for a long term rental.
This home is normally a short term vacation rental and guests just left. Great deal with all utilities included.
