I have a 1-BDR, fully furnished and equipped, condo available for the next two months at Questa Verde. $1600 per month or $500 per week with all utilities included. Makes a great PMV base of operations and is also perfect for a new arrival who needs time to scope out the island while locating long-term housing. Laundry in the unit. Contact me for more details and/or photos. [email protected]

Forgot to mention that this condo complex allows pets up to 25 pounds, for those needing a short-term place to live with a cat or small dog while locating a long-term residence.

The only current openings I have for long-term rental are for St. C's and they are at $1500 per month plus utilities. Property managers rarely have anything for less than $1K per month and most are $1500 and up. The lower priced rentals are handled directly by the landlord in most cases.

Howdy Alexandra from the great state of Montana. Q.V. does allow pets up to 25 pounds but only for the unit owners. Renters can not have pets. See that is why things like covenants, instructions, ect should never be read.
I know it doesn't make sense to me either, a pet is a pet...... Then again I've rarely met a rule I didn't want to break.
Thanks for the posting of the unit!

Do you know of any apartments that will take a dog about 45 pounds? I need a 3 month lease.

Thanks,
Traci

Check out the Easterly Apts. - posted on here often - don't know about 3 month lease though. Central Ok location and definitely pet friendly. They would be my choice.
