Our former landlord has this cottage for rent. It's small and basic, 2 BR one bath. Suitable for single or couple. On landlords property. We lived here for a year when we first arrived on STX. It's at the top of the road between Mon Bijou and LaValle. He's going to want mature, quiet tenants. Landlord's name is Alan Chardon 778-2692.
I'm just a neighbor, so I have no other information - I just saw the rental sign at the end of the driveway. If you're interested, give him a call.

I'm bumping this up. Alan had the house rented and it fell through. Nice area and me for a neighbor!

I know Alan he his a great guy...and I have been in the cottage its nice....a friend of mine lives in the back cottage

Hi,
We are a family of five, 2 adults and 3 little people ages 7,5,3. We need a small place for approx. 2 months until our house in LaVallee is completed. We are a mature responsible couple, would like to get on ilsand by July so the kids could meet some friends before the beginning of school year. Would you consider a month to month lease or do you require long term lease? How much is the rent? Thank you!
