Hello,

I may be interested. Please send me more information. I am relocating to St. Thomas and will probably arrive May 16. I am a single, 54 year old, professional. I will be out for a while this evening. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you,
Tommy Lumpkin

Keep me posted.

Please let me know what you decide. Love the area. The price is great. We have lots of friends on the north shore.

Snapper

Is the studio still available? Love the North Shore, even if the place is small. Would you consider negotiating the rent?
