I have a condo at southgate courtyard that is coming available next week. Quiet end unit with new high efficiency split AC. 1 bedroom, large living dining area, 2 sets of french doors plus entrance door. windows on 3 sides of unit, so you don't feel like you are in a typical condo. cistern water with no charge per gallon. rent is $1300 per month plus utilities.
