I do not know of any specific availabilities, however, Juanita, on this board, sometimes has availability http://www.virginislandsrentals.com/
Dan, also on this board, has a one bedroom / efficiency. (danieljude) you could PM him.
I do not know if they currently have something available, or what their rates may be, however, they both have very good reputations, and nice places…. so it is a start.
