3 miles west of downtown Christiansted on a small private road, just off route 75 (Northside Rd.). Nice, quiet neighborhood, with no thru-traffic. Convenient to most of the island, just 2.5 miles to the hospital/Sunny Isle area, 4 miles to Hovensa, about 7 miles to the airport or UVI.

Hello Juanita,
My husband and I are planning on visiting STC from mid June to mid July. Do you have a one-bedroom condo available during this time?
Our plan for the following year is to move to STC during the summer of 2011. We are planning on renting.
