Mid island, gated community. Nice setup for anyone working at hospital-----would consider 90 day rental for new arrival who will be working at hospital and or any other professional position. Would also consider two week rental for anyone relocating to island and needs an initial safe and secure as he or she looks for rentals on island.
Buck island view from your patio, Unit has new AC in bedroom, however, unit always seems to have awesome breeze from the ocean.
Fully furnished, turn key ready--------you arrive with your luggage and your set. One large bedroom with 2 full beds------or can be setup for 1 queen bed and full bed, or just queen, king, whatever you choose Washer and dryer, water and cable included in monthly rental , $900.
