St. Croix, USVI -- Fully Furnished, light bright and spacious1-bedroom with patio, upper-level with garden/sea views and cooling breezes - one of the nicest available here! Air conditioning, ceiling fans, nicely updated (new linens, housewares, microwave, coffee maker, 32" flat screen TV/DVD/Stereo etc - just bring your clothes!) Lush tropical landscape including pool with deck, giant mango tree, 5 minutes from Christiansted, 2 mins beaches; walk to grocery, conveniences, public transport, etc. Gated parking and entry, security, laundry, mail on site. $800 includes cable TV and some water. Additional water and electric billed monthly by use.
Sorry no pets allowed in complex. 2 persons maximum. 6 month minimum.
