I have several apartments on St. Croix available on a monthly basis. No lease. All units are furnished and equipped. They are located approximately 3 miles west of Christiansted. This is a great area for an extended PMV. It is a very nice, safe and convenient area. You would want to have a car. I cannot consider a shorter time at a lower rate, but if you rent it for the month and only stay two weeks, it's still less expensive than a hotel.
We are currently only renting for February.

Hi, I will be relocating to st. croix at the end of the month, and being able to rent on a month to month basis fits in with me perfectly.
I am an English teacher, and will be teaching at Iqra Academy, at the beginning of February 2008.
I will check out what's available, but please email me and let me know exactly what I will need to secure an apartment from you. I am interested in the 2 bed/2 bath.
I would like to have everything ready for us when we arrive which will be on January 30th, 2008.

I have a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment available for $1650, plus utilities.
Also a small one bedroom for $950 ,plus utilities.
And an efficiency for $750, plus utilities.

The website also says a large one bedroom is available, but that has been rented until further notice.

We are a family of 5, 2 adults 3 children will relocate to the island July 2008. I need a 2 to 3 bedroom for about 2 months until our home is completed. We will be on island on March 18th would like to confirm a place to rent.
