we pay water and gas you take care of WAPA. There is currently no washer/dryer but it is being worked on in the condo complex. If you would like to view the apt please let me know.

Hi,
Thank you for response. Where is Bay Garden located? I couldn't understand. I am actually looking for a place has laundry. I live in a very peaceful area for a year now but laundry is a problem for me to use common laundry saloon. I am not so sure yet just interested in the place where seem has the similar options the place I live now.
