Peter’s Farm: Unfurnished 3 bedrooms 1 bath unit for $815.00/month utilities not included. Located in C’sted town, this unit is within minutes to beaches and restaurants.
Vista Mar: 1 bedroom 1 bath condo fully furnished, utilities not included for $850.00/month. Available February 20, 2010. Approx 10 minutes from C'sted town. Pool and laundry facilities on site as well as trash removal service.
Granada Del Mar: 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with washer/dryer available for $1,460.00/month. Located right on the beach and several restaurants nearby. Fully furnished, utilities not included. One small pet accepted with one-time pet fee.
Coakley Bay: Nicely furnished 3 bedrooms 2 bath unit for $1,900.00/month utilities not included. This unit is within minutes to beaches and has a restaurant and hair salon on site. Also has a washer/dryer in unit and has SPECTACULAR sea views of Buck Island from living room and master bedroom.

Forgive my ignorance here, but where is Peter's Farm? Is it a safe area for a young person living alone?

Peter's Farm is located in C'sted town just after the yellow Moravian Church. It is in the back of Hill Street and it is safe for a person living alone and there are several units and the majority are occupied.

Unfortunately the complex no longer accepts pets but it is still available for Feb.

just a fyi gdm only allows owners to have small pets they have made two renters move out that had small dogs saying only owners can have pets renter can not just what i herd jerry
