Adult male needs roommate in Lagrande Princess. The apartment is the ground floor of a three story residence and overlooks Christiansted harbor. Great view. Very quiet location on the end of the road. 2br 2ba with electric, Dishnet DVR, internet, and laundry included for $750/month. No pets allowed by landlord. If you are not tidy, responsible, and reasonably quiet, please look elsewhere. Fools are not suffered gladly here.
