4 bedroom house overlooks the Caribbean Sea and the western end of the rain forest.
Up to 8 persons for short term, Pre-move visit and island vacation visit, or 4/5 person for long term leasing:
New seasonal pricing including all discounts effective October 2013:
•Short or PMV @ $200.00/day + $300.00 Security Deposit; all utilities included, min 3 days.
•Weekly term vacation @ $750.00 + $300.00 Security Deposit; all utilities included.
•Monthly Winter Season @ $1,800/month + $1000.00 Security Deposit + metered electricity; all other utilities included.
•Yearly Term: $1,750/month + $1000.00 Security Deposit + all utilities.
