Tenant pays $1100 rent per month, deposits and their metered WAPA usage. Unit is wired for VI Broadband if you want to activate an account.

The complex has recently been painted and also the electrical lines coming in have been redone, hopefully giving residents years of minimal WAPA issues outside of island wide outages.
Bonus: The complex is on the same feeder line as the Hospital, so it's a priority when restoring power following storms. 🙂

I thought I might have a tenant about to move in but they got transferred to STT instead. Drat! So the condo is still available and ready for quick move-in. Call if you have any questions or an interest in seeing it!
