My tenants are leaving earlier than expected so I will have a ground floor, 1 bedroom unit for rent at St. Cs as of October 1. It has a brand new kitchen and newly tiled bath, washer/dryer, new queen sized bed and absolutely amazing views. I am asking $1600 +WAPA. I would prefer a long term lease but can be flexible.
