Hi... the house is about 40 years old... but new kitchen, septic, cisterns cleaned out, roofing new as and where needed .. I call it Rustic because people that like new condos and apartments will not like this... the big draw is the land which is on flat acre in the national park about 100 yds from the beach... deer, chickens, iguanas and other wild life meander around the yard at will... definitely a nature lovers haven... the furniture is older but functional. It has a new generator and you can get phone, Dish TV and dial up Internet there if you choose.

Hi Sharon - Interested in learning more about the Beach House for rent. Long term? Any pictures available? Cost of utilities? Is it available for Aug 1st? My husband will be on the island the beginning of July could he view property?
