Moving to St. John in August and am actively looking for a 1 bedroom apartment or cottage. Budget is approx $1000/mo. I do have a dog (trained, doesn't bark or chew). Preferably near Cruz Bay. If anyone knows of a place that fits this, please let me know! Thank you!

Rachel

Have you checked craigslist? There are a couple of rustic cottages advertised there. Some scams keep popping up there and the faster they're tagged and removed the faster they pop back up, so be careful. Best advice is to find something temporary - do NOT take anything sight unseen! You might try airbnb or look on the craiglist share section.
