Single professional male looking for a long term rental on St. John
Dont drink Dont smoke have no kids or no pets
Will be on Island on or about the 15th of Nov
Perfer a 1 bedroom but a studio will work
Prefer close to town area >>> NO Coral Bay area rentals please
Rent amount? > Open..but should refect the condition size and location
PM me with any other info required
Refrences avib. upon request
* Place must have a parking spot*
