Good day all,
We already live here and are currently looking for a better apartment. I work at the clinic and my boyfriend is doing well in a restaurant around Cruz Bay. We have pets, hence the reason we took this apartment sight unseen. Looking for something near Cruz bay, gift hill or somewhere in between. We would like 1-2 bedrooms, and NO CARPET! Partially furnished is fine, we have all the necessities. Something in the $1200-1600 price range works for us. We are looking to move by the end of Jan or first of Feb. Please PM me with any info. Thanks for reading and any help we receive in advance.

Hi Kati,
Thanks for your inquiry but we actually just had a third person living with us and would like to keep it just us. If you would like I can post something at connections for you. Good luck in your travels.

Hi Kati,

I'm moving to STJ in mid-January. I had initially planned on living with my ex-gf for the first few weeks, but she has found me an apt in Enighed (right next door to her). It's a 2-Bedroom (don't know how many bathrooms). I'm a little reluctant because I don't have work lined up and it's $1,200 per month. The apt. overlooks STT and I believe it is part of a large home that's in the process of being built. I'm male, non-smoker, 31...though I did everything in power to resist it....and I will be bringing my Chow-Chow, Paddington. I don't know if that time-line would work for you, or if you'd be comfortable living with a guy and his dog, but thought I'd throw it out there. The apt. is available Jan 4th, if memory serves correct...

Hello Baymvay,

I am moving to STJ Jan 18th . I'm 29 single, non-smoker, no pets looking for a roommate and/or apartment. I work in the restaurant biz so I'm not too worried about finding a job. Let me know if you still need a roommate.
