We are looking for almost any place on STJ and would consider the east-side near Red Hook on STT. We are an older couple 50+ and have become empty nesters. We do have two dogs and two cats, all house trained. A non refundable security deposit for the pets is expected. We would like a 2BR 1+BA house or condo semi-furnished, as we expect to buy once we are established on the island. Ideally we would like at least a 6 month lease and then work on a month to month basis. Please PM or email us at [email protected]

we have a two bedroom apartment (or a one bedroom plus an office) right by sapphire beach that will be empty soon. we are in a private house that you can walk to the beach in 5 min Red hook is a mile away.
it has a pool, laundry, basic cable, wireless internet. 1500/month.
If the dogs are well behaved we would consider them.
