Hi all,
I rent a spacious 2 bedroom in Cruz Bay that I have always shared with a roommate. He's a divemaster and will be going to Australia for 3 months which leaves me either paying the full $1300/mo or finding a "temporary" roommate for the next 3 months.
*The place is huge and new
* wireless DSL
* a living room with a 55" TV (and XBOX 360)
*a large wrap-around deck
*5 minute walk into town (although the walk back is all uphill, so maybe 10 minutes back!)
*probably the most secure and safe apartment on St. John.
*Electric is included in rent
*No cable. Sorry, big TV, a 500+ collection of dvds, but no cable.
*No AC. When I moved here I had 2 AC units and I never had to install them since the place gets a great breeze. Ceiling fans in every room are more than enough.
Looking for an even split, $650/mo.

When are you looking to start the lease. I am moving to St John at the end of August and am looking for temp housing while looking for work and a permanent place to stay. Thanks!
