Roomy, well-maintained and relatively new (5 years) studio available Sept 1. Very private, lush mountain-top (Bordeaux) location, ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (including Dish TV and hi-speed internet). Full kitchen (furnished), living/bedroom furnished, enclosed side porch, small front deck, private entrance, one parking spot, laundry. Studio is downstairs from main house, but not under it so it's quiet. Prefer no pets but will consider small dog or cat. Cool all year round! One year lease and $1000 deposit required. is it 1,000 a month? Is that price negotiable? I am looking for an apartment and I live on St. Thomas right now.

Hello, I would be interested in getting more pictures. How long does it take to drive from the apartment to Cruz Bay? I tried calling the number, no answer.

The drive is 15 minutes to Coral Bay 20 minutes to Cruz Bay. Sorry about the phone. AT&T has not been working properly since TS Irene came through. Try again..the phones seem to be working better now. We would be happy to send more photos.

Sorry, unfortunately the rent is not negotiable. It was reduced from $1500 to $1000 a couple of years ago and we can't really go any lower and still include electric, dish and wi-fi.
