STT - 1 bedroom lockout available June 20-27

I have a one bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental available for June 20-27 on STT. All or half. One side is a "hotel unit" (sleeps 4. privacy 2) with mini fridge and microwave. The other side is the efficiency unit, which is larger and has cooktop and 2 queen sized beds. This also sleeps four. There are restaurants on site, a pool bar, other amenities. Rates are: $700 for the week for hotel side
$900 for the efficiency side
OR
$1,200 for both sides (which are connected by a lockout)

This is for rent by owner, so you'll be getting it at less than you can rent directly from Bluebeard's. I'll also have a week available in August, so if interested, let me know!
