We have a one bedroom apartment that has fantastic views, pool and laundry. The breezes are great and the views are unbeatable. You can walk to Sapphire, Lindquest and Pelican beaches. It has AC in the bedroom and has a laundry. We are looking for a professional tenant that can have a pet. $1250 per month, first, last and security. Basic cable, water and gas are included. You pay electric.
