Hello,
I have a fully furnished studio condo available immediately at Regatta Point. It is centrally located between Red Hook and downtown on the south side of the island. It has recently been painted light blue and updated. It has a queen size bed with new bedding, table and chairs, a wicker love seat and TV.
This is a gated community with 3 pools on the premises and a tennis court. It is a short walk to the beach. It is a great place to live with friendly professional people. I am asking $1400.00 a month rent + utilities and a deposit. No pets are allowed. I am willing to do a 6 month or 1 year lease. I can send you pictures if you are interested.
