STT: Do you want two awesome, respectful, quiet tenants who pay on time and will treat your house like their own?

Our lease is up June 1st so I am putting out feelers now as many people will be leaving for off season. We are not happy with our new rental. It's very loud with kids below us and way too many cars. We want a QUIET (northside-ish) place to rent. Absolutely no kids in same building. I rather have dogs barking. Ideally a 2bd 2bt with vaulted ceilings and a view. We would be willing for a 2bd 1bt or even a 1x1 if it's spacious or large patio. Need WD or at least hook ups. We would be fine with buying a set if we needed to. Would be nice to find a small cottage rather than apartment style but I know that's asking a lot. Maybe you have a property that you'd like to have taken care of? I am also quite the miss fix it.

We are very responsible - mid thirties and don't throw parties. I am a landlord of a home in the states so I know how to respect someone else's property. I would like to be able to paint and upgrade fixtures, at our cost of course. We are looking for a place to LIVE for a while. Our place now feels too apartment like and not like a home.

We would like to sign a 6 month rental initially with the potential for much longer. We can spend up to $1650-ish not including anything - maybe more for the right place.
