This really sounds amazing. And pets are definitely allowed? My wife and I are relocating by December and we will being staying long-term. What is the shortest lease available? Both my wife and I depend on a good internet connection for our work and schooling. Is there a good connection available?

Joy--where exactly is this located? Is the price including utilities? Is there air conditioning and/or Washer/dryer?
