Hi,

We are a professional couple based on St. Thomas looking for a FURNISHED long term rental on the "south" side of the island if possible. We are hoping to find an apt/condo with cable and possibly utilities included. We are looking to spend between $1200 and up to $1500/month if util. are included. We do not have a pet, but are considering a small dog if you are "pet friendly". Please contact me via message board or private message. WE WILL ALSO CONSIDER SHORT TERM LEASE IF UTILITIES AND AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED.
Thanks

Vlace,

I have a studio apartment available for short term rental. You can check out the listing at www.vrbo.com/200610. There would be a discounted rate for multiple weeks. I can be contacted directly at 714-3331.
