STT- Need Budget room w/kitchen short notice

Hi All:

I need a budget priced ($50-60/night if possible) room with a kitchen for a friend who'll be coming down to help me work on a house in STT Nov. 15-22. We didn't plan for him when booking for ourselves some weeks ago. I have received a few very good leads, but none so far offers a stove top. This would be really nice, but I could probably dispense with that for a good price (there's always take-out...). I'd prefer the north side, but am open to other options. As with any of my requests on this board, I welcome and am grateful for all kindly intended suggestions or advice.
