2 bedroom one bath, large apartment. Completely furnished (bedding / towels / TV, etc)
This is a safe and very quiet neighborhood, high up on Crown Mountain (north side, 15 minutes to the airport or to the hospital) - very breezy and cool. MUST have a vehicle.
Large deck. Washer.
Pets will be considered.
1500/month - first/last/security.

Does this include utilities?..........if not, what utilities would the renter be subject to?.

cable/gas/water included, renter pays wapa, which runs about 100/month.

I hate to have the apartment empty over the holidays - if anyone has friends/relatives needing a place to stay for those weeks, let me know.
