My apartment will be available for a short term rental starting Oct. 28- Feb.28.The rent includes water, electricity, AC, wifi, off street parking and a new gas generator. I am interested in getting more information about your apartment. Where is it located? I am moving to St Thomas approximately Nov 1st. I will be working at the Ritz Carlton and have no idea where anything is located.

We are located in Wintberg Estate. I can send you a map and photos if you would like to send me your email. Wintberg is centrally located. It is a 15 min. drive to the Ritz.
