I have a studio apartment on Red Hook Mountain which will be available approximately May 1. Furnished, equipped, has a/c and ceiling fans. Large screened gallery overlooking Red Hook Harbor, with view to St. John. Nice neighborhood within walking distance to everything in Red Hook, including the ferry. No need to fight the traffic or look for parking in Red Hook! Public transportation at the end of the road. Rent is $1200 per month, plus utilities, with a year's lease. Will consider 6 month lease. Just a little bump-up, and also to add we don't accept pets in our St. Thomas apartments. Sorry. If you want to move to St. Croix, we do accept pets here.
