STT short term house rental east end 3 bed/2.5 bath

We are looking to sublet our house on the east end of St Thomas beginning in August and ending November 30. We've rented the house for the past year, but had to move back stateside due to my husband's job. Unfortuneately, we have a few months left on our lease and are therefore looking to find someone to move in and cover some of the rent. The owners are wonderful and quick to fix any small issues that have arisen while we've been there.

Our place is on the east end just up the hill from the Montessori school. The views are truly amazing! It's a pod style house with a separate structure for the kitchen, living, and dining area. There's a covered walkway that leads to a large master suite and two bedrooms and a jack and jill bath. We really love this house! It's a great location and has a wonderful island feel. There are two large cisterns and a generator for the occasional power outages. It has plenty of parking and is gated. It also comes fully furnished including sheets, linens, plates etc... We have two girls and all of their toys and even a crib are still down there so it would be really great for a family but we can also get rid of all of that for someone without children.
