Fantastic Studio and also a beautiful One Bedroom apartment both available on 3/1 on STT right above Sapphire Beach on a private gated home. This private location is quiet, has lots of parking, has a pool and laundry. The safari bus is available at the end of our private road. Either apartment comes with wireless Internet, basic cable, and gas to cook on. There are fantastic views of St. John and Tortola as well as Sapphire Beach which you can walk to from the home. Lindquest is also a walk away! Each is fully furnished with fans, AC, frig, TV, and microwave. There is also a grounds keeper to help with any problems.
The studio rents for 900/month. You pay for your electric and water usage. First, last and security required for long term lease. It has a main room with a queen size bed, table, chairs and large closet space. A separate galley kitchen and a large bath room.
The one bedroom rents for 1250/month. You pay for your electric and water usage. It has a separate bedroom, with a balcony. There is a living room/kitchen with a balcony. There is a separate bathroom area. First, last and security required for a long term release.
We will accept pets but they need to be well behaved and quiet (no barking if it is a dog).
Looking for the right tenants to share our private home with other tenants. This is a very quiet and private location. There is only the noise of the surf and the birds.
