Hi All:

I have a recently renovated single occupancy studio available in the Mafolie area of St. Thomas. It has a panoramic view of Charlotte Amalie Harbor, is fully furnished and includes all utilities. Situated on a gated, one acre lot high above town, the location is ideal for access to town or the hospital.
