If I do say so myself, this unit is a perfect place for a single--comfort, view, amenities (I often have to pry myself out of there.)

I don't anticipate any openings for January '09. Right now, I have a double occupancy studio on the Northside with similar amenities, but that appears close to being taken. See it at http://caribbean.craigslist.org/apa/858505303.html
