We have a beautiful studio overlooking Sapphire Beach in a private home on Cabe Point for rent. It is fully equipped and has a main room, large bath and separate galley kitchen. Lots of closet space. It is so close to Sapphire beach that you can walk to it in a few minutes. You can also go to Lindquest beach. It has AC, TV, fans and is right by the pool. Laundry facilities are on the property as well as a pool. Basic cable and wireless internet provided. Safari bus available at the end of our private road.
The private home is gated and soon the entire Cabe Point will also be gated. There are hammocks to sit in to read a book or just look at the beautiful water and islands.
900 a month. First, last and security. You pay electric and water.
Looking for a one year lease but would consider a shorter term.
