Just completely renovated. $600 w/out A/C, $675 with moderate use of A/C (evening to cool and dehumidify). If you choose to use A/C all day, or whenever you want, it would be guaged for one month to determine electric use, and then a low average quote will be added to rent for a monthly flat rent including all). Furnished patio w/ new furniture this summer. Grilling area along with table, chairs and umbrellas to be added this summer. Very private on 1/3 acre, treed all around.
