We just had a opening for a someone who wants to rent a studio for 850/month. It is fully furnished and comes with gas to cook on, basic cable and wireless internet.
It has fantastic views of St. John, the BVI and Sapphire beach which you can walk to in a few minutes.
It has a separate galley kitchen and has AC.
Will consider a pet.
First, last and security required.
Shorter term considered but at a higher rate.

We have a one bedroom and will have a two bedroom available in a month or so.
