Hello good people! It seems I will have a studio apartment open on October 1, 2010. It is a nice apartment, fairly large for a studio, full kitchen, nice bath, and includes Direct TV w/ Showtime and HBO, BroadbandVI Internet and utilities. The rent for a single person, which is what it really is ideal for, is $575 per month, and includes a furnished patio.

There is a month to month lease, with the option for long-term tenancy as long as all continues well. It is private, being the last house on the corner of a cul de sac and backed by mountains and woods, TONS of plants and generally quite cool as it faces east.

Employment or proof of abiliity to pay is required, along with one rental reference, 1 month security and the first month's rent in either local check or cash. It is a quiet area, and the house in general is not a party house.

Please PM me with any questions you might have or to arrange a visit.

thank you in advance,

Dan
