I have a cute studio apt, fully furnished, including house wares, linens, etc. A/C, full kitchen, coin laundry in building, convenient parking and lots of green space. Available immediately for short term or long term. Rent will vary according to length of stay, in the $850 range, including FREE satellite TV, wireless Internet and garbage pick-up. Electric and water additional, but already on. Owner and live-in maintenance on site. Nice residential area, with no through traffic, convenient to most of the island. I have another, smaller, efficiency unit that will be totally renovated, new from the walls out, available approximately the first of June. Timing may vary according to work schedule. This unit is suitable for one person. $750 short term. Possible discount for one year lease, if you want to supply your own house wares and/or furniture.
