We are looking for the right tenant to occupy an apartment in our private gated home right above Sapphire Beach in STT. This apartment has a main room, a large bath room and a separate galley kitchen. It has lots of closet space and comes with fans as well as an AC. It is located right next to a pool and there is a wonderful hammock so that you can sit sit and look at the beautiful views of St. John, Tortola and the beaches. It comes with basic cable, gas to cook with and wireless internet. You pay for your electric and water usage. There is also a gas grill if you wish to cook outside. Sapphire, Lindquest and Pelican beaches are a very short walk so you can enjoy the beautiful water, snorkel or just sit by the beach. There is an on site care taker.
This apartment will be in the gated community of Pelican Beach. It also has plenty of parking as well as you can catch the Safari bus at the end of our private road.
We are looking for a long term lease. Then rent is $950 a month.
