Hi everyone,
I have 2 studio apartments in Red Hook, east end of St. Thomas, available early to mid June. Both are furnished and have screened balconies, air conditioner, lots of windows, ceiling fans. Fabulous location and view. Walk to all of Red Hook, including marina, shops, ferry to St. John and public transportation. Extremely convenient, particularly if you don't have a car. No more parking hassles in Red Hook! $1200 per month, plus utilities. Lots more info on my website: www.virginislandsrentals.com. See the pages for Studio 2A and Studio 3A and the FAQ's page. Contact info is on the website, but you can always PM me here or call 340-718-6744.
Thanks for looking!
Juanita

You can also get to my website by going back to the home page for this site and clicking on apartments/houses. Look for Casita Properties. It says St. Croix, but my St. Thomas units are on there too. Thanks again.

I still have a studio available. Can be flexible on the lease. Fully furnished, clean, pleasant and very convenient!

Do you accept pets?

Our condo association has regulations limiting pets to one per unit, under thirty pounds. If that meets your needs, PM me with more info about what you have...dog?..cat?, and a little about the pet's habits, etc. The apartments share a foyer, so we don't want dogs barking at night when the neighbors come home, sometimes quite late. Also a dog would need to be walked on a lease. There isn't a place to just turn him (her) loose.

Having pets is next to impossible at the condos. Start looking for people with apartments attached their home if they will accept pets. It's a difficult rental with pets. Good Luck

I still have a studio available. The monthly rent is $1200 based on a one year lease. However, I would consider a lower rent for a three-four month rental, over the summer. The rent will go back up for November, but if anyone is looking for the most convenient location on the east end for a summer rental, at a discount, please PM me or call 340-718-6744. Pictures available at http://www.virginislandsrentals.com.

@Juanita

Hi Juanita,

I know this post is from several years ago, but I was curious if you have any apartments available for this coming fall-the spring. I would love any pointers/help I can get with finding housing.

Thanks so much,

Jessi

@jessicawilcox

I believe that Juanita is no longer in the rental business.
