Hello i have a newly painted studio open now it rents for 850 plus last and dep plus water and power per month it is about 400 sq foot there is also a lap pool for your use and a bbq to use also only 10 min to ferry dock .I also have a room for rent that is 850 plus last and dep give me a ring for more info DonL 340 776 3455
