We have a studio available right by Sapphire Beach on the east end of STT. $950/month plus utilities. It is furnished and has a separate galley kitchen. Flat parking down our private road and gated home. About 1 and 1/2 miles to red hook and you can catch the safari down at the end of out private road.
Pool, and laundry on the property. Great views of St. John and the BVI. Breezes almost all the time.
Looking for a long term lease..
No drugs or party animals.
